Sure, our economy is going down the crapper and things are looking pretty bleak, but there are some deals to be had out there! I went to my local Circuit City and ALL their DVD's and CD's are half off!
Yes, it's kinda depressing being in a store that has gone out of business, watching the hapless employees just going through the motions. Why do they still bother wearing their uniforms? What's the manager gonna do, fire them?
Back to my main point, I picked up the New Line Platinum Edition of "A History of Violence" for just $5 bucks, and "Leatherface: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3" for $3.50! This is the 1990 "Leatherface" by the way, not that Michael Bay poop, thank you very much.
I also picked up The Eagles of Death Metal's latest album "Heart On", which if have never heard of, I highly recommend.
I was really suprised at the amount of good stuff left over, I thought the store was going to be picked pretty clean, but there was even a good number of Blue Ray discs sitting on the shelves. I don't know if the Circuit City nearest you will have the same deals or selection, but if you want to build your library I recommend checking it out.
